  • We got their early - and the stadium filled up throughout the day. By the time the President arrived, there were anywhere from 40,000-50,000 people there. No recounts in North Florida in 2000.
  • Some of my fellow Republicans show their support.

  • Must have come right from a young republican meeting.... :)
  • They had a booth outside where you could make your own sign. My favorite was the young man with "Metal Drummers for Bush" (his photo later on in the gallery).
  • The flag as headgear was a theme for sure....
  • RIght after this - the Jumbotron swicthed to the Florida game - they publicized the fact that they would show the game since no doubt, many were agonizing over the difficult choice of seeing the President or watching football.

  • Kim Alexis and her husband - the coach of the Jacksonville Barracudas (our hockey team).

  • Those cheerleaders look familair....oh my...it's the Jacksonville Jaguar's Roar in disguise as W cheerleaders!!! Is our football team Republican....maybe!
