Vilnius

On my final day in Lithuania, I spent a few hours touring the city Vilnius in a cab before I flew back to Frankfurt and home. My driver, Elona, was wonderful, but unfortunately, my Lituanian is not so good, so we had trouble talking about what I was seeing. There was a lot to see, however and the sun was shining and spring was in the air. I wish I would have had a few more days just to hang out there and take it all in. It is a lovely city and I will spend more time there during my next trip to Lithuania. Copyright 2005 by Tony Klimas.
